| 摘 要： | 为了充分发挥综合运输体系的整体效能,在分析我国综合运输网络布局发展现状及存在问题的基础上,结合国际的发展经验与启示,提出了基于资源与环境等约束条件下的综合运输网络布局分层次规划方法和规划内容,并在定量模型计算与定性分析的基础上,研究探讨了我国综合运输网络规划布局问题.为构建我国综合运输网络布局提供一定参考.
