| 摘 要： | WEBGIS110报警指挥系统为警区警员提供了通过Internet实时远程访问出事地点信息的手段,它是一套集成了GSM移动通信技术、GIS技术、Internet技术的完善的报警指挥调度系统.文中阐述该系统的设计与实现方法.系统以MapXtreme for Java等相关软件为基础,采用以Browser/Server方式为主、Client/Server方式为辅的混合体系结构.通过使用JSP等编程语言和Jbuilder,Tomcat,Apache进行的二次开发,最终实现了出事地点定位、地图放大、缩小、移动、图层控制等;管理部分实现了接警员登陆、查询出事地点信息,出警员登陆、警员信息修改、添加/删除警员以及网站的建设等功能.

| Abstract: | The WEBGIS based 110 Alarming and Command System provides means of remote access to the information on accidents.The system incorporates modern technologies of Internet,GIS,and GSM mobile communication.The methodology of both system design and implementation based on MapXtreme for Java and related software is proposed.A hybrid architecture with Browser /Server as the lord and Client/Server as the servant is adopted.Developed by means of JSP programming language and customized by using Jbuilder,Tomcat and Apach,functionalities includes accident positioning,map zooming in and out,map moving and diagram layer control are realized.For the management part,the WEB based system can be used for the police on duty to log in,search for the location of accidents,modify police information,and or delete police in the system and so on.Finally the system bears transportable nature and can run on different operating systems. |
