基于TOD的常规公共交通规划方法研究

公共交通因其人均时空占有率最低、综合效益最高成为解决交通拥挤的最佳选择和实现城市可持续发展的重要措施.在国外得到成功应用的公交导向开发模式为我国公交优先的实施提出了一种新的思路.文中提出一种公交导向开发与常规公交相结合的思想,认为常规公交在我国现阶段的公交导向开发中,能以相对少的资金发挥出轨道交通的功能.在此基础上,从公交优先设置、站点设计、车辆配置和接运规划等方面提出了在公交导向开发模式指导下常规公交规划的方法,并提出了相应的评价方法和指标.

Conventional Transit Planning Method Based on TOD Strategy

Under the circumstance of developing economy and density of population,public transit becomes the best solution to solve the traffic congestion and coincides with the Sustainable Development because of its lowest occupation of land and time and its highest benefits.Transit Oriented Development which has been successfully implemented in western country gives us a new concept to implement the Priority public transit.An idea of combining the TOD and conventional transit is proposed.It is considered that conventional transit can play similar role in the TOD with fewer funds.At last,the method of conventional transit planning under the TOD strategy is introduced and the corresponding evaluation indexes and method are given.
