橡胶金属装配一体式隔振器静态特性的有限元分析

摘    要:以某型橡胶金属装配一体式隔振器为原型,结合有限元分析软件ANSYS,提出了该类型隔振器的静态特性有限元分析通用方法.文中对该型隔振器的一体式橡胶金属弹性元件的轴向、径向静态特性进行研究;利用ANSYS的单元生死和绑定接触功能来实现弹性元件与金属骨架的装配,建立该型隔振器总成的有限元模型;计算出其3个方向的静刚度,并对有限元计算结果与试验结果进行比较.结果表明:提出的方法是可行的,可推广应用于同类型的隔振器.

Abstract:The general FEA method for the static characteristic analysis of the integrated metal-rubber assembly isolator was presented based on the ANSYS.Firstly,the axial and radial static characteristics of the integrated metal-rubber elastic component were investigated.Then,the finite element model of the assembled isolator was established by the function of element birth and death,and bond contact in ANSYS.Finally,the static stiffness of the isolator in three directions was calculated and the results of FEA were ...
