冷藏车热状况的模拟分析与实验研究

摘    要:在分析权重系数法和平衡法的基础上,建立了包括气象模型、围护结构热平衡模型、制冷系统性能模型和车内空气热平衡模型在内的冷藏车热状况分析体系.以B23型机械冷藏车为例,通过联立求解的方式,对运行中的冷藏车热状况进行了模拟与分析,并通过实测数据对模型予以验证.结果表明上述模型能较好地反映冷藏车热特性,并可为冷藏车热状况的整体评价和优化控制提供参考.

Abstract:Based on analyzing weighty factor method and heat balance method,model systems including weather model,heat balance model of wall,refrigerated system model and heat balance model of air in the car were set up for simulating the heat condition of refrigerator car when running.Then,a real refrigerator car of B23 type was simulated and analyzed,and verified by real data.The result shows that this model can properly reflect the heat condition of the car and provide the basis for holistic evaluation and optimum ...
