摘    要:介绍了WTW90重型工程运输车转向系统的设计原理和控制实现方式.采用独立悬挂、各轮组独立转向的多模式转向系统;由阀控液压油缸通过连杆机构带动回转支承旋转来实现各轮组的转动;在位置PID算法的基础中加入数字补偿的控制方案.该设计方案很好地解决了转向系统的非线性、同步性的问题,实现了预期的转向系统的准确、稳定和同步的要求.
