弯曲输流管道流固耦合流动特性研究

摘    要:以流固耦合理论为基础,对一段两端约束弯曲输流管道建立流体动力学模型及固体运动模型,利用FEA法对该管道系统流固耦合振动特性及弯管内流体流动特性进行了模拟计算和分析,结果表明:流体在管道弯曲处被迫改变方向时,将对管壁施以附加作用力,最大应力和应变发生在入口和出口处附近的上下部.由于管道的弹性作用,管道壁面又会反过来影响管内流体流动情况,两者之间存在复杂的耦合作用;弯管内侧壁附近能量损失较大,静压分布从0~°90°截面始终是外侧高于内侧,进口段湍动能较小、拐弯处较大,管道内流体流速在弯曲管道转角处相对较高.

Abstract:Based on the Fluid Structure Interaction(FSI) theory,a fluid dynamic model and a solid movement model are built for a two end restricted bent delivery pipe in this paper.Using finite element method,the FSI vibration characteristic of the bent pipe system and the flow characteristics of fluid within the bent pipe system are calculated and analyzed.The results show that fluid force will act on the wall of pipe when the direction of movement is altered where the pipe is bent.Maximum stress and strain is at the top and bottom of the entrance and exit.Meanwhile,the wall of pipe impacts the fluid flow due to the flexibility of pipe effect.These are coupling action between pipe and fluid flow.The energy loss is greater in internal side.Turbulent kinetic energy is less nearby entrance and greater in elbow.Fluid velocity is greater in elbow of pipe.The more velocity gradient,the more turbulent kinetic energy.
