摘    要:在需要大功率高品质直流电源的场所,通常采用多相同步发电机整流系统供电.但是,该类系统直流侧发生短路时,将产生巨大短路冲击电流,而现有的断路器已无法满足其分断和系统保护的要求.为此,提出了供电区域问设置固态限流装置的限流方案.分析了12相发电机整流系统的直流侧突然短路时的初始电流特性,得到了描述12相发电机整流系统短路初瞬的简化模型.在此基础上,给出了12相整流发电机电源参数对固态限流装置承受的最大电压和最大电流的影响关系,为限流装置的设计提供了理论依据.通过MATLAB仿真验证了简化模型和所推导结论的正确性,并表明该限流器设计合理,限流效果明显.

Abstract:Multiphase generator-rectifier power system is used in DC high power system of great quality. However, the current is huge when short-circuit happens in DC side. The breakers can not meet the protective need. This paper presents a fault current limiter scheme in power supply districts. The paper analyses the initial current character when short circuit happens suddenly in DC side of 12-phase generator rectifier power system. The simplify model that describes initial short circuit state in DC side of 12-phase generator-rectifier power system is obtained. After analyzing in detail, the relationships between maximum voltage, maximum current and power parameters are presented. It provides the theory for fault current limiter design. The simplified model and conclusion taken are proved by MATLAB simulation.
