| 摘 要： | 大桥选址问题作为一类特殊的选址问题,兼有交通工程和覆盖选址两类复杂问题的特点.文章针对巩义市康店伊洛河大桥选址问题的特点建立了一个整数规划模型并构造了算法,模型不仅考虑了机动车的出行费用和驾乘人员的时间成本,也考虑了大桥建设及维护费用,并给出了基于部分枚举的最优算法,最后提出了大桥选址的建议.该建议已经被巩义市建设管理局采纳. |

| Abstract: | The bridge location problem is a kind of special facility location problems which has the characteristics of both Transportation Engineering and Covering Location problem.The paper formulates an integer program model and an algorithm to solve the bridge location problem on Gongyi Kangdian Yiluo River.The model not only takes into account the traveling cost of motor vehicles and the time cost of drivers and passengers,but also considers the costs of construction and maintaining of bridges.An optimal algorithm is provided to solve this problem based on partial enumeration principle.A location advice is given about Yiluo River Bridge,which has been adopted by Gongyi Administrative Bureau of Construction. |
