大跨径连续刚构桥混凝土结合面收缩效应分析

摘    要:采用空间有限元方法,研究大跨径连续刚构桥混凝土结合面在收缩效应下的应力分布规律,并比较浇筑时间间隔、配筋率等参数的影响.研究结果表明:依据中国<公路钢筋混凝土及预应力混凝土桥涵设:计规范>(JTG D62-2004),馄凝土浇筑不同步引起的收缩特性差异对结合面应力影响较小,而由截面剧烈变化引起的影响更为明显.浇筑时间间隔、配筋率对收缩应力影响较小,而环境年平均相对湿度对结合面收缩效应影响显著.对于厚度大的混凝土构件,美国AASHTO规范的收缩效应计算结果更加合理.有必要对JTG D62-2004中理论厚度取值的规定加以修正,建议规定,h≤300 mm.根据研究结果,提出了控制结合面开裂的设计、施工对策.
