超软地基无砂垫层真空预压施工技术应用

摘    要:以软基工程施工为例阐述了真空预压施工。在新吹填土上部铺一层土工布增加浮托力,然后打设排水板,排水主管和支管均采用波纹滤管,支管间距与排水板布设一致,主管与支管用三通或四通连接,形成框架形排水管路,实现无砂垫层真空预压处理超软黏土。施工实践和质量检验表明,采用无砂垫层真空预压技术处理超软地基后的承载力满足后期市政建设及厂房建设要求。

Abstract:This paper describes the technology of the vacuum preloading construction by taking the soft foundation construction as an example.For the application of technology,a layer of geotextile is put at the top of the filling soil through new blow to increase the float force,then a drainage plate is set up,in which corrugated filter tubes are used as main drainage pipes and branch pipes,branch pipe space is placed in alignment with that of the drainage plate,the main pipes and branch pipes are connected through three or four ways to create a frame-shaped drainage line and realize the super soft clay of vacuum preloading treatment with no sand pad.The construction practice and the quality inspection show that the bearing capacity of super soft foundation treated by the vacuum preloading construction technology with no sand pad meet the requirements of the later municipal construction and plant construction.
