液压挖掘机建模与仿真的关键问题研究

摘    要:以某液压挖掘机为研究对象,利用Pro/E和ADAMS软件建立机械子系统和液压子系统的仿真模型,并在ADAMS环境中利用模型集成技术,将子系统模型集成为液压挖掘机的虚拟样机模型.该机械-液压系统的集成样机模型可替代实际物理样机的液压系统进行工作性能仿真分析,提高产品开发速度和精度,降低开发成本.

Abstract:A hydraulic excavator is taken as a research example,the mechanical system and hydraulic system models are built by using software of Pro/E and ADAMS.Integrating with mechanical and hydraulic models of virtual excavator model is built based on ADAMS environment.The integrating model can stimulate mechanical subsystem and hydraulic subsystem of excavator and analyze the performance of substituting real tests.The model can improve speed,accuracy of product development and reduce development expenses.
