| 摘 要： | 针对目前智能交通评价系统存在的问题,从系统目标的角度建立了智能交通评价指标体系,改进了以往有效区分决策单元DEA方法计算量大、过程复杂的不足,提出了重构DEA模型,对有效决策单元进行再评价,在方法更加简单易行的情况下实现了被评价单元的全排序。并且在此基础上建立了评价指标与评价方法之间的对应关系,并列举实例进行评价、分析,对评价目标的优化改进提出了建议。 |
