圆筒状褶式机油滤清器的模拟与优化设计

摘    要:为降低机油滤清器过滤压力损失,通过压力损失试验,确定了压力损失模拟的边界条件,建立了压力损失的二维CFD模拟模型,分析了压力损失特性与影响因素,推导了压力损失与影响因素的多元回归关系式.模拟结果表明:对滤芯压降影响的主次顺序为过滤速度、滤芯折高、流道宽度、折数、滤纸厚度与含尘浓度;滤芯初始压力损失与其结构及运行参数呈非线性关系,并与滤芯褶数存在最佳值;回归关系式的相关系数为0.998,因此,可靠性高.

Abstract:In order to reduce the pressure drop of lube oil filter,the boundary simulation conditions of the pressure drop were confirmed by pressure drop test,and a 2D CFD(computational fluid dynamics) simulation model was put forward.The properties of the pressure drop and its influence factors were analyzed,and a multianalysis regress relationship was proposed.Simulation result shows that the influence factors are filtrating speed,fold height,routeway width,fold number,filter paper thickness and impurity concentrat...
