| 摘 要： | 针对目前国内外公路技术评价方法和比较单一，结论不尽全面这一问题，通过研究建立了公路技术评价方法体系，主要包括公路的技术价和公路性能的技术评价两个方面，在研究过程中，采用模糊评判法，功能重要度系数法等数值分析方法，并将此评价体系应用到实践中，取得了良好的评价效果。

| Abstract: | According to the situation that the highway technique evaluation method is fairly simple and not complete at present, the evaluation method system of the highway technique is developed. It chiefly includes the technique evaluations of highway net and highway function. The numerical value analysis methods such as fuzzy mathematics method and functional degree of importance method etc are utilized in the course of research,and this evaluation system is applied in practice, a good evaluation efficiency has been obtained. |
