内河运输发展之研究

通过对经济增长的贡献率、运输需求弹性系数、投入产出比、劳动生产率及发展的可持续性等项指标的计算与分析，论述了内河运输在国民经济发展中的作用，并从运输周转量、货运结构、经济布局对内河运输的影响等角度，进一步论述了国民经济对内河运输的需求，从而为正确认识内河运输在综合运输体系中的地位及制定内河运输政策发展战略提供有益的依据。

Macroscopic Analysis of Inland Water Transport Developing

Based on calculating and analyzing these targets of the contribution ratio of inland water transport to national economy,the coefficient of elasticity of transport,the ration of putting and producing,the ratio of labor productivity and continuous development,the effects of inland water transport on national economy are discussed.The need of national economy on inland water transport is analyzed.The role of inland water transport palying in turnover quantity,structure of transport and layout of economy is presented.It provides scientific basis for recognizing the status of comprehensive transport system and formulating developing strategy of inland water transport.
