机场净空区范围确定方法

摘    要:为了解决城乡建设和机场净空保护之间的矛盾,分析了气象条件、导航设备、起落航线和飞行技术对机场净空区范围的影响.应用飞行航线理论知识,综合考虑各种影响因素,对机场净空区的组成和范围进行了修改:增加升降带的规定,修改端净空区扩散率为15%,端净空区宽度由2 km增大为3 km,将二与三、四级机场的净空区范围分别减小到50%和60%.结果表明现行的机场净空规定既能保证飞行安全,又为城乡建设发展提供了更大的空间,是可行的.

Abstract:In order to solve the contradiction of construction development with airfield clearance protection, this paper analyzed the influence of weather condition, navigation equipment, takeoff and landing path on the airfield clearance zone. According to the flight airline theory and those influencing factors, the component and the range of airfield clearance zone should be revised. When the diffusivity of terminal clearance zone is 15%, the breadth of terminal clearance zone should be extended from 2 km to 3 km, the clearance zone would be decreased to 50% and 60%. The air safety could be ensured, the construction development space could be expanded. 4 figs, (6 refs.)
