当代民航机场的管理与建设

随着交通运输和经济的发展 ,民用机场的功能不断扩大 ,机场的概念也在拓宽。机场不再只是飞机起降的场所 ,而是客货的集散地 ,甚至是一个经济实体。这对机场的管理和建设提出了更宽、更高、更深的要求。机场管理内容很多 ,大致可以分为三类 :运行管理、经营管理和规划与建设管理。机场与所在城市及周围社区相互促进、相互影响。这在制订城市发展规划和机场发展规划时必须认真加以考虑。机场的管理、建设和规划的范畴与内容必须适应城市与交通运输的发展 ,机场的工程建设与信息化是实现机场功能的保障。

With the development of economy and traffic,the function of civil airports expands steadily,and the concept of airports is extended.An airport not only is an expanse that is used for take off and landing of an aircraft,but also is a gathering and distributing center of passengers and cargos.Even it is an economical entity.These set higher,deeper and wider demands on management and construction of airports.The management of airports covers a lot of grounds,but it mainly includes three categories:operation management,business management and management of planning and construction.An airport,the city it is in,and surrounding region should interplay and help each other forward.The planning of the city development must take those into account.The category and the content of management,construction and planning of airports should be suited to the development of the cities and the transportation.Engineering construction and a high degree of informationization are guarantees of realizing the function of airports. 4 refs.
