城市停车设施规划自评判简化决策方法

摘    要:采用模糊聚类的相似系数法确定了城市停车设施规划方案6项评价指标,对选定指标进行了计算表达分析,其中难以直接量化者采取了模糊相对赋值方法.运用层次分析法以1~9标度计算出各指标的权重值,使判断矩阵满足一致性检验.将各指标的原始数据进行标准化处理,通过综合加权,建立城市停车设施规划自评判简化决策模型,根据实际应用排序决策结果确定最优方案.实例说明该方法符合实际,证明该模型可行.

Abstract:Using similar coefficient method in fuzzy clustering analysis, six evaluation indices were confined to appraise urban parking facilities planning, how to calculate the indices was given, fuzzy relative evaluation means was applied to express the indices, which are difficult to fix quantify directly. According to measurement units from 1 to 9, analytical hierarchy process method was adopted to count the weight values of six indices. The original data of the evaluation indices were disposed in term of standardization. Thus self-judgment and predigested decision-making model was set up by integrative adding weight. Applied results show that this method can reflect real demand. 10 tabs, 3 figs, 8 refs.
