道路黑点识别与改善

摘    要:针对道路黑点识别方法、黑点成因及改善措施,总结了国内外经验,提出质量控制法识别路网中事故多发道路,经验一鉴别指数法识别道路事故多发点(段),以及确定黑点改善优先排序方法.并进行了系统的说明与论述。应用结果表明该方法识别道路黑点准确,改善措施效果显著。

Abstract:Based on analyzing the recognition methods, the reasons and improvement means of highway black spots, this paper offered the quality control method for the recognition of highway accidents, the experience-discrimination index method for the recognition of black spots, and the method for ordering the improvement priority of black spots, systematically addressed the details of these methods. Application results show that these methods are feasible, and the improvement is considerable. 2 tabs, 3 refs.
