温州市农村公路安全保障工程现状分析及对策建议

本文针对温州市农村公路安全保障工程现状进行分析，发现存在需要实施项目多，建设资金筹措难，工程设计标准低，技术支持不适应，养护管理不及时，宣传力度不到位和人为隐患不处置等问题。为此，提出规范设计，制定标准，加强管理养护，争取建设资金，加大宣传力度和加强领导以及奖惩分明等对策建议。
