| 摘 要： | 由于高职教育人才培养目标的特殊性，高职生思想政治教育的目标内容、方法途径、组织保障等都应有其鲜明的特色。为有效提高高职生思想政治素质。促进学生的全面发展，结合高职院校办学的特点，就如何全面构建高职特色的学生思想政治教育工作体系提出了思考。
