| Abstract: | Based on the investigation and analysis of ship accident in Ningbo-Zhoushan port waters,combined with the actual situation of the port,the paper proposes the model of ship accident emergency response for integration of Ningbo-Zhoushan port,and discusses emergency organizational structure and emergency response of Emergency Response System. |
