| 摘 要： | 通过对我国冬季高速公路除雪的情况的现状分析,从高速公路养护管理者的角度依据冬季养护的特征,探讨各冰雪技术的特点,分别对雪前、雪中、雪后给出保畅实施措施,并分别从应急预案、人员的培训、设备维护、联动机制等方面为高速公路应对冰雪灾害应急抢险提供了一套完整的办法,更好的服务司乘人员,提升高速公路的社会效益。

| Abstract: | Based on the perspective of expressway maintenance manager for Present Situation our country winter expressway Snow clearance situation analyzed. According to the characteristics of winter maintenance,discusses the characteristics of the snow and ice technology. From before snow,snow,snow to give up some measures of the expressway maintain patency. Based on the emergency plan,personnel training,equipment maintenance,and linkage mechanism to provide some of the ways to deal with snow and ice disasters. So that we can better serve the driver,to promote the social benefits of the expressway. |
