| Abstract: | The article based on the local country road rehabilitation,built in the last few years.By comparing many rehabilitation organizations and their administrative forms,and discussing what kind of rehabilitated organization for long-term period,advance a new concrete measure,i.e the unity of manpower,administration and funds. |
