| 摘 要： | 伦敦德鲁里(Drewry)航运咨询公司数据显示,全球范围内船舶驾驶员、轮机员及以上高级船员的数量短缺成为航运公司一个巨大挑战.随着马尼拉修正案的实施,世界的船队需要高质量的船员配备.这对于航海类院校来说,既是机遇也是挑战.本文通过RCA分析法对航海英语教育进行分析,以增强学生在世界航运市场上的竞争力.

| Abstract: | According to the drewry data, the shortage of officers worldwide is a big challenge for the shipping com- panies. The world fleet requires high quality officers under the effect of Manila Amendments. In the thesis, By Root Cause Analysis, the author analyzed and detailed the seafarer Maritime English education for further improvement in the competitiveness of seafarers in the world market. |
