| 摘 要： | 做好学生党员发展工作,是高职院校党建工作的一项重要任务,也是高职院校基层党组织的一项基础性工作。从做好新时期高职院校学生党员发展工作的重要意义出发,就学生党员发展工作面临的问题进行分析,论述了发挥学生党员先锋模范作用在高职院校学生党员发展工作中的重要意义。
