废旧轮胎桩靴现浇薄壁管桩施工技术及其工程应用

摘    要:针对上海某高速公路工程桥头软土地基薄壁管桩施工中采用传统活瓣桩靴和钢筋混凝土桩靴出现的问题,提出采用废旧轮胎作为桩靴的薄壁管桩施工新工艺。实际应用表明,废旧轮胎桩靴的应用具有良好的技术、经济和环境效益,为废旧轮胎黑色污染处理增加了一条新途径。

Abstract:based on a highway bridge project of Shanghai soft soil foundation construction of thin-walled pile with traditional live disc pile boots and reinforced concrete pile boots,the article brings forward the problems of waste tyre as pile boots thin-walled pile construction techniques.Practical application shows that the application of waste tyre pile boots with good technical,economic and environmental benefits,for scrap tire black pollution is a new way to deal with increased.
