高职院校学生满意度测评体系构建及影响因素分析

一套科学、有效的学生满意度测评体系是保证满意度测评结果真实、可靠的前提。以浙江交通职业技术学院600余名学生为调查样本，利用SPSS进行主成分分析，得出影响学生满意度评价的客观因素，并采用专家打分结合因子分析的方法确定了各项因子的权重。研究发现，学生的主观因素对满意度评价有显著影响，不同学生群体之间的满意度评价有显著性差异。

Construction of Student Satisfaction Evaluation System and Analysis of Influencing Factors

A set of scientific and effective student satisfaction evaluation system is the premise condition to ensure the results is real and reliable .In this study , with more than 600 students from Zhejiang Institute of Communications as survey samples ,to perform principal component analysis using SPSS and find out the objective factors that affecting stu-dent satisfaction evaluation .Using the expert scoring method and factor analysis ,we determine the weight of each factor . The study also found , the subjective factors of students have significant influence on satisfaction evaluation .There are significant differences between different groups of students .
