大跨径三榀式钢管混凝土拱桥静载试验研究

摘    要:三榀式钢管混凝土拱桥是我国近年来桥梁发展的新技术。文中根据桥梁荷载试验的要求,针对某跨径为144m的三榀式钢管混凝土拱桥制定详细的静载试验方案。为了与试验结果进行对比,采用梁单元建立了该桥有限元空间模型,按照荷载试验方案中的工况进行了静力分析,将计算结果与试验结果进行了比对。研究表明:采用钢混组合材料模拟法将钢管混凝土按单一的组合材料来进行计算,较为准确地计算了钢管混凝土的内力和应力;是否考虑施工阶段对三榀式钢管混凝土拱桥的受力影响很小,因此可以采用一次成桥的简化方法计算结构内力;在对三榀式钢管混凝土拱桥进行位移变形分析时,应充分考虑施工阶段对结构挠度变形的影响;该桥在试验荷载作用下,结构处于弹性工作阶段,结构强度和刚度能够满足设计要求。

Abstract:Three pieces of steel - tube concrete arched bridge is the new technology of bridge construction in our country in recent years. In this paper, according to the requirements of bridge loading test, a detailed static load test plan is made for a span which is 144m three pieces of steel - tube concrete arched bridge. In order to compare with ex- perimental results, beam element was established the bridge finite element model, in accordance with the loading test scheme of working through the static analysis, the calculation results and the test results are compared. Research shows that : the use of steel and concrete composite material simulatian method steel - tube concrete as a single composite mate- rial is to be calculated more aeeurately, calculation of steel - tube concrete to internal force and stress; whether consider- ing the construction stage on three specimens of steel- tube concrete arched bridge by the force of impact is very small, so we can use a simplified method for the calculation of bridge the internal force of the structure; in three samples of steel - tube concrete arched bridge displacement deformation analysis, should give full consideration to the influnce of the construction phase of the structural deflection deformation; the bridge under the test load, the structure in elastic stage, the structure strength and stiffness can meet the design requirements.
