| 摘 要： | 以实现港口船舶航行安全为目的，按照未确知数学的理论和方法，通过建立未确知测度模型、置信度识别准则并分析指标因素，确定指标因素的可靠程度，从而对港口各航道水域航行环境系统中的风险因素、发生事故的危险程度进行评估，为实现港口船舶航行安全以及制定预防措施提供科学依据。

| Abstract: | According to the theory and method of unascertained measure,the unascertained measure model and credible identification rule are established and every criteria is analyzed for the purpose of the harbor ship navigation safety,thus the risk factors in the harbor navigation environment system,the risk degree of happening accident can be evaluated.It can also provide scientific basis for realizing harbor ship navigation safety and formulating basic preventive measures. |
