高职通信技术专业“订单式”培养模式的探索与实践

“订单式”培养是近年来在高等职业技术教育改革实践中逐渐发展起来的一种新型人才培养模式,已逐渐被一些高职院校、企业所认同和实施。本文结合浙江交通职业技术学院通信技术专业“订单式”培养模式的成功实践,对高职通信技术专业“订单式”培养模式的理论与实践进行研究,对高职教育“工学结合”人才培养模式的改革,提供一种可以借鉴的思路。

Exploration and Practice of Customized Education Mode for Communication Technology Major

As a new mode of higher vocational education, customized education has been gradually recognized and adopted by vocational schools and enterprises. Based on the successful experience of customized education mode carried out in the Communication Technology major of Zhejiang Institute of Communications, the paper studies the theory and practice of customized education mode of Communication Technology major, with an aim of offering some reference for the reform of work-integrated learning for higher vocational education.
