网络游戏对当代大学生的异化研究

大学生群体是网络游戏异化的"易感人群",沉溺其中,会对其产生强烈的心理依赖,游离于虚拟与现实之间不能自拔。网络游戏对当代大学生的异化具体表现在以下五个方面:对人格特质的异化,对认知的异化,对行为的异化,对人际关系的异化,对身心健康的异化。为消除网络游戏对大学生的异化,从大学生辅导员视阈出发,提出加强思想教育引导、网络监督、严格管理制度、合理规划人生、积极调整心态等策略。

Research on the Alienation of Online Games to Contemporary College Students

College students are “susceptible people”who are alienated from online games.Indulging in them will have a strong psychological dependence on them,and they cannot extricate themselves from the virtual and reality.The alienation of online games to contemporary college students is specifically manifested in the following five aspects:alienation of personality traits,alienation of cognition,alienation of behavior,alienation of interpersonal relationships,and alienation of physical and mental health.In order to eliminate the alienation of online games to college students,this article starts from the perspective of college student counselors and proposes strategies such as strengthening ideological education guidance,network supervision,strict management system,reasonable life planning,and active adjustment of mentality.
