等高变宽现浇箱梁施工技术

摘    要:现浇箱梁施工通常有满堂支架现浇和悬臂现浇两种施工方法,各自适合不同的场合。当现浇箱梁墩台高度不高的时候大多采用满堂支架现浇,该方法特别适合于不利于工厂化批量生产的诸如等高变宽变截面箱梁桥的施工。文章结合工程实例,介绍了等高变宽箱梁碗扣式满堂脚手架现浇施工技术,可为同类工程提供有益的参考。

Abstract:The construction of cast-in-site box beam usually has two kinds of construction method of cast-in-site full framing and cast-in-site cantilever,each for different occasions. Cast-in-site full framing are used when the cast- in- situ box beam’s pier height is not high,the method is particularly suitable for not conducive to factory mass production such as uniform depth and variable width variable cross-section box beam bridge construction. Combining with the engineering example,this paper introduces the Cuplok Scaffolding construction technology of cast in place for uniform depth and variable width box beam,can provide useful reference for the similar engineering.
