旋挖钻机在软弱地质条件下桩基施工技术的研究

20世纪80年代,我国在地基桩基施工中开始引进国外旋挖钻机施工技术,但公路桥梁桩基在软弱地质中的应用经常出现成孔坍塌、缩孔、倾斜等问题。本文通过钱江通道南接线工程中,对在透水性强的粉砂层和强度低、含水量高淤泥质的软土地质构造复杂的条件下,采用旋挖钻机成孔的施工技术方法,在施工过程中对泥浆选择、施工技术、工艺、质量控制进行研究,解决了旋挖钻机在软弱地质施工中塌孔、缩孔、倾斜的难题,取得了很好的效果。

Research on Pile Foundation Construction Technology of Rotary Drilling Rig on Soft Soil

In this paper,the Qianjiang channel south line project,soft soil geological structure on the strong permeability of silty sand layer and low intensity,high water content and silt with complex conditions,the rotary drilling rig construction method of hole,selection of mud in the construction process,construction technology,process,quality control of research,to solve the weak geological construction of hole collapse,shrinkage,tilt problem of rotary drilling rig,and achieved very good results.
