| 摘 要： | 研究与探索高职人才培养模式、培养适应社会需求的高技能人才,是目前高职教育改革的热点与难点。文章从高职高技能人才培养模式的概念出发,比较了国内外高职教育人才培养模式的现状及存在问题,提出并分析了高职院校高技能人才培养模式的各构建要素。

| Abstract: | It has become the hotspot and difficulty to research of higher vocational skilled personnel training model and how to foster them according with the requirements of society.This paper takes the concept of highly skilled personnel training model,compares the status of training models at home and abroad,and analysis the current questions.The building elements of highly skilled personnel training model has been bring forwarded and analysised. |
