| 摘 要： | 结合青岛一兰州高速公路马鞍山长大隧道进口浅埋段施工实践，通过对该隧道的围岩变形、地面沉降等进行现场监测与数据分析，得出其各施工阶段的地表沉降、拱顶下沉和水平收敛数据，反映了围岩变形，提出了相应的施工措施，有效地控制了隧道围岩的较大变形，确保了隧道安全施工。
