再生级配碎石变形特性研究

摘    要:目前国内对再生集料用于制备级配碎石的研究较少情况下,分别对再生级配碎石、天然级配碎石和掺配的级配碎石进行了动态三轴试验,测试其模量及永久变形量。结果表明,再生集料不宜单独作为配制级配碎石的原材料,而掺配再生集料后的混合级配碎石与天然级配碎石的性能接近,并认为采用掺配60%再生集料的混合级配碎石完全可以满足工程需求。

Abstract:The paper analyzed dynamic triaxial tests on regeneration graded crashed stone, natural graded gravel and blending graded gravel,the modulus and permanent deformation. The results showed that the recycled aggregate should not be alone as a raw material for the preparation of graded gravel,blending 60% of recycled aggregates of graded crushed stone can meet the engineering requirements completely.
