| 摘 要： | 工程造价控制贯穿于项目建设全过程，而设计阶段的工程造价控制是整个造价控制的龙头。就设计阶段造价控制目前存在的问题及采取的措施进行了探讨，提出了“全寿命周期成本”的理念，真正实现了技术与经济的有机结合。
