| 摘 要： | 对一个地区而言,不同交通运输方式建设项目的选择,对当地社会经济的发展有着重要的影响。将层次分析法和灰色关联分析法结合成改进灰色关联分析法,通过对不同交通运输方式的影响因素进行评价,从而得到最佳的交通运输方式建设的决策方案。同时通过实例说明了该方法的有效性,能很好地解决不同交通运输方式建设项目决策中问题。

| Abstract: | The decisions of different traffic and transportation means always have a great influence on social and economic development for an area.The paper analyzes in details the effecting factors to choosing the traffic and transportation means as well as generally applied means in choosing such means.Then it assesses the mean-choosing issue of traffic and transportation by integrating AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)and Grey conjunction analytic method into an improved Grey conjunction analytic method so as to demonstrate the validity of this method that can well be solved. |
