摘    要:泌水是新拌混凝土工作性一个重要特征,必要的、适量的泌水会补充混凝土拌合物表面蒸发的水分,降低混凝土早期开裂风险。工作性差的混凝土拌和物,大量泌水是常见现象之一。通常通过多种措施限制混凝土的大量泌水。主要从机制砂砂率和石粉含量以及混凝土坍落度、水灰比等方面对机制砂混凝土泌水率进行了研究,提出影响因素和控制措施。

Abstract:Bleeding is the major characteristics of new concrete workability. The necessary and proper bleeding could supplement the water to be evaporated from the surface of concrete mixtures and decrease early cracking risk of concrete. To the bad workability concrete mixtures, large bleeding is one of common phenomenon. Several measures would be used to limit the large bleeding of concrete normally. From aspects of sand ratio of machine-made sand, chip content, concrete slump and water cement ratio, we researched bleeding rate of machine-made sand concrete, and then raised influencing factors and control measures.
