| 摘 要： | 我国物流业自20世纪80年代以来，中国经济在改革中发展迅速，总量、结构、质量都发生了巨大变化，与经济发展密切相关的物流业也获得了长足的发展。在现代经济条件下，企业的竞争优势最终来源于企业业务流程的竞争优势，而业务流程的竞争优势取决于流程给企业带来的增值。本文在这样的背景下首先阐述了我国物流企业BPR的发展现状，并依据BPR的原则，对物流信息系统、物流的组织重组以及物流企业文化建设方面进行彻底的改造。

| Abstract: | From 80's of twenty century,China gains rapid and comprehensive progress on quantity,configuration and quality of economic.Accordingly,the development of logistics industry that has close relationship with economic status has got great promotion.Under current economic condition,the competitive power of an enterprise depends on its dominance in business process reengineering,while the latter is related to how the process can benefit the company.This paper explains firstly the current BPR status of Chinese logistics industry,then makes thorough reconstructionon logistics information system,logistics configuration,and enterprise civilization. |
