| 摘 要： | 本文论述在示范校建设过程中,基于科学发展观,以提高教学质量和效果为中心、以改进和完善ISO9000教学质量管理体系为宗旨,系教学办应大力提高自主创新能力,加快建立以教学为主体的创新体系,探索走出一条科技含量高、办学效益好、突出优势得到充分发挥的新型教学路子。
