基于空心铝合金悬臂梁的FBG压力解调的研究

摘    要:本文提出一种粘贴于铝合金空心悬臂梁的匹配光纤布拉格光栅。将FBG粘贴在悬臂梁上表面距中心轴距离附近。理论分析了FBG中心波长相对偏移量与压力的关系。实验测得将匹配光纤布拉格光栅粘贴也特殊悬臂梁后其压力灵敏度为0.002025 nm/g,是FBG压力灵敏度系数的十分之一。正是这种对外界压力的低灵敏度使得匹配光栅能更精准的跟踪传感光栅中心波长变化。

Abstract:A method is put forward to stick matching Fiber Bragg Grating (FBG) on aluminum alloy hollow cantilever beam. Stick FBG on the above of cantilever beam which is near spigot shaft. The relationship of relative offset which is FBG' s center wavelength and pressure which is detected by FBG sensor is analyzed theoretically. The experiment which sticks matching FBG on particular beam measuring sensitivity is 0.002025nm/g and the sensitivity is tenth of FBG pressure sensitivity coefficient. This low sensitivity to outside pressure causes the matching FBG which can exactly follow up the changing scent of FBG sensor.
