| Abstract: | The rationality,stablity and accuracy of the planning of engineering budget and balance of accounts can cause a great influence to a project.To the planner,it is necessary to study continuously,to improve his occupational abilities and professional work,so as to ensure the efficiency of engineering budget and balance of accounts.This article firstly emphasizes the importance of the planning of engineering budget and balance of accounts,and then,discusses how to improve the quality of the planning so that the cost of a project can be controlled. |
