摘    要:沥青路面就地热再生技术就是将旧沥青路面经过表面加热、翻松铣刨,并掺入一定比例的新骨料、新沥青、再生剂等,利用移动式的就地拌和设备进行加热拌和,将热再生混合料铺筑成为新的沥青路面面层的一种再生技术。沥青路面就地热再生可100%利用旧路面沥青混合料,是一种经济、环保、可靠的沥青路面养护维修技术,具有广阔的推广应用前景。本文详细介绍了沥青路面就地热再生在开阳高速公路维修中的应用情况,包括方案设计、配合比设计及施工工艺等。

Abstract:Hot in-place recycling for asphalt pavement is a kind of technology that the old asphalt pavement surface after heating, scarifying milling, and adding a certain proportion of the new materials such as aggregate, asphalt and a new regeneration agent, heating and mixing with hot recycled equipment to repave new road. Asphalt pavement hot-in-place recycling old asphalt mixture can be used in 100%, which is a kind of economic, environmental protection, reliable asphalt pavement maintenance and repair technology. The technology has a broad application prospect. The application of hot in-place recycling for asphalt pavement in Kai-yang highway is introduced in the article, including project design, mix design and construction technology, etc.
