| 摘 要： | 在旧水泥混凝土路面上加铺沥青混凝土面层所面临的关键是如何有效的抑止或延缓反射裂缝的产生。SAF应力吸收层系统具有良好的抗反射裂缝能力,混合料密实、透水性小,可以减少路面水损坏的产生,用该结构可以有效解决旧路加铺时反射裂缝的产生。从SAF应力吸收层混合料的级配设计控制、材料性能评价和施工质量控制等方面进行分析,得出了SAF应力吸收层混合料在旧路加铺中的施工工艺。 |

| Abstract: | How to prevent and delay the emergence of the reflective cracks effectively is the key to the asphalt concrete overlay on the old cement concrete pavement.SAF stress absorbing layer has very good ability to resist reflective cracks.Because of its air-free and little water permeability,it can decrease the damage caused by water in the pavement.Therefore this structure can effectively re- solve the reflective cracks caused by the old pavement.This paper analysed its gradation design control,material performance evalua- tion and quality control in construction.Thereby we obtained the construction technology of SAF stress absorbing layer in the overlay- ing on old cement concrete pavement. |
