新拌高强混凝土砂的作用机理与影响研究

高强混凝土的强度对砂的要求比较严格苛刻,通过实验室试验,研究砂率对新拌高强混凝土工作性的影响以及对水泥用量的影响。运用控制变量法,通过改变砂率,研究砂率与坍落度、碎石粒径、水灰比以及水泥用量等因素的关系。研究结果表明:存在最佳砂率,使坍落度、碎石粒径、水泥用量等因素达到最佳状态。

The Influence of Sand Percentage on Workability of Fresh Concrete and Amount of Cement

The strength of high strength concrete of sand demand is rigid, through the laboratory test, it is conducted a research sand ratio on the new mix of high strength concrete workability and the influence of cement dosage. Using the control variable method and changing the sand ratio, the article researches the sand ratio and slump, stone particle size, water cement ratio and cement dosage and the relationship between the factors. The results of the study show that： there is the best sand rate, make the slump, stone particle size, and cement dosage etc factors to achieve the best condition.
