| 摘 要： | 对于压力传感器而言,在测量压力大小的时候,敏感材料很容易受到温度的影响,因此需要对温度补偿。补偿的根本就是把温度的影响降到最低,本文通过MATLAB神经网络工具箱中提供的构造神经网络的各种函数进行编程实现压力传感器的温度补偿功能。

| Abstract: | For pressure sensors,sensitive material be easy effected by temperature when measure pressure,so we should make compensation to temperature.The ultimate of compensation is lower the influence of temperature to the minimal.Through programme the functions of conformation NN in MATLAB NN workbox,this paper realizes the function of conformation in pressure sensors. |
