| 摘 要： | 本文分析了当前我国图书馆教育的现状以及面临的挑战,指出大力发展研究生教育是解决图书馆高级专业人才匮乏的主要途径,图书馆设立硕士点培养研究生是一条具有特色的研究生培养之路,是未来图书馆教育发展的趋势。文中探讨了高校图书馆设立硕士点培养研究生的必要性及优势,以及培养模式和机制。
